Relationships depression is pretty common when you work in a relationship that has recently had problems, such as a pause or separation. Perhaps You feel that it is crazy that feel this way because you have saved the relationship and is still together. You're supposed to feel joy, not suffering relationships depression.
But it is fairly common because regardless of how good relationships can come now you recently had a rocky patch. If your greatest fear was then you will lose the second person, you should be happy, right? You are still together. So why relationships depression?
Go through the rough period can be devastating. You feel all kinds of emotions. If cheating was involved, was a break up or cooling off period is probably worse. If you were cheated on, you know there is nothing more painful, can happen in the course of a relationship.
And if you cheating on, and you forgave this person to stay in the relationship, it will take some time to heal fully. No wonder you feel depressed! You put yourself out there again after that hurt.
If you have been cheated, and second person forgave you perhaps you feel depressed because you harm them and its just now sinking? Or perhaps you're feeling hounded, as if he or she has suspected your every step? You might also be dissatisfied because maybe you really don't want to stay in the relationship, and you are only now becoming aware of it.
If no cheating was involved, depression can still strike and make you feel bad. For whatever reason, you or your partner not together, or are considering to break. It is a hard pill to swallow!
You are confronted with knowing that perhaps another person should decide to live without you. Although in the end they decided to stay with them in that they were considering something else is a painful thing!
And sometimes relationships depression brought by fear. When things were over or almost, you felt awful. And you can remember the feeling now. You can imagine, without really knowing it, how you would have felt if the relationship had not been back together.
The fear that is happening now or what you would sense now had it can make you depressed. It is a natural reaction.
And overall, a break up is one of the most painful things a person can go through, no matter what the reason. Even if you have not officially split, things were tense enough that there was a possibility. When a relationship ends, walk you through the same thought processes and feelings as you would any painful ends, just as a death.
It is a very difficult life challenge to have a break up or near break up, and it is great that you have worked it and got back together. Just stay strong in the relationship. Check where you truly want to be, and relationships of the great depression will pass.
