Heartbroken appears to help you Heal

If you have ever been through a sad break-up with a person you love, you may have written a desperate poem. You can even have written such a poem to things like the loss of a pet or a family member, sorrow over moving away from your friends, or any number of sad life events. But it seems nothing inspires such sad poetry as a break-up or a divorce. As few things inspire love poetry quite appear to be in a happy, affectionate relationship.



Pøsi is an excellent medium for self-expression. Unless you write published poetry with the hope to have it one day, you can write poetry but you would like. It doesn't need to be good poetry. You do not need to understand pøtisk terms or conventions as verse, meters or free verse. You don't even have to have ever read a really good poem in your life to write a desperate poem that can heal help you feel better and perhaps help you from the pain of a break-up.



An important step in beginning to get over a break-up or any sad situation is simply the pain. While it may feel better to avoid dealing with the reality of the situation, not can you really move past it without facing it and feel pain, at least for a while. Facing to happen regardless of painful situation is necessary. A desperate poem can help you address these painful feelings when you have split with someone you love.



Calm, whether it is good or not. No one else has ever to read your desperate poem. It is for you and you alone. Just write down your emotions, so hard as it can be. You can write in plain language. Don't try to mimic the poets of the 17th and 18th century. Write as you speak, and break the lines where it feels natural to you. In fact, you can start by typing a huge (filled with all your feelings and everything you want to express, just to get it. Then you can go back and arrange your thoughts and feelings in a poem.



When you have written a desperate poem, you can write more about various parts of the pain. It is good. Come down everything you can and will help you to deal with the pain. Writing pøsi would probably be a very emotional moment for you. Don't try to stop it. Let just pain and you would be better to move on.



If you decide to share your desperate poem, you can display the family or friends. Or if you want to share it, but not with someone you know, you can put it online. There are websites designed just for such things. You can upload your pøsi for free and let others know, if you want to receive criticism or not. You can choose to not receive comments about your desperate poem and just enjoy the fact that you have shared your experience.
